This conference explores spiritual abuse and trauma, including how it occurs and its impact on the heart and body. It examines the role of fragmentation, certainty, and belonging in creating vulnerability to abuse, as well as the dynamics of control through the "5 C's." Finally, it offers guidance on healing, rebuilding trust in one's intuition, and recovering from religious trauma.
