This workshop runs concurrently with "A Holistic Approach to Leadership Health & Integrity." You will only be able to receive NBCC credit for one of these sessions.

Many men who struggle with Problematic Sexual Behaviors (PSBs) also deal with low emotional IQs that impact their ability to connect with others authentically. This issue is one of the significant drivers in PSB development and often continues after an individual has learned to manage his PSBs. It is critical that treatment for recovering from PSBs must go beyond sober and expand to learning new virtues that will strengthen individuals' recovery, self-esteem, and relationships.

Learning Objectives

1. Recognize how limited nurturing / guidance during critical phases of child development can impede a man's emotional IQ,
2. Explain why being sober is not enough when it comes to recovering from Problematic Sexual Behaviors,
3. Develop an understanding of the 14 Blind Spots that inhibit a man's ability to connect emotionally,
4. Develop a treatment plan to assist men in becoming emotionally developed

In order to receive continuing education credit, your attendance will be recorded and you will be required to complete an emailed evaluation of the seminar and presenter.

Participants who attend "Being Sober Is Not Enough" will receive 1.25 NBCC clock hours of continuing education.
